Absolutely. Many clients start with Core Flow and upgrade as they see the results. We make it seamless — no rebuild required, just additional automations layered on top of what you already have.

The setup fee is a one-off payment for the build. The monthly fee runs on a rolling month-to-month basis — you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

No. Vanta Flow works with the tools you already use. We integrate with Gmail or Outlook for email, and most popular CRMs and quoting platforms.
If we recommend a new tool to make things smoother, we'll set it up for you and explain why — but it's always your decision.
No problem at all. Our system works with both Gmail and Outlook (Microsoft 365). The setup is slightly different but the end result is identical.

In most cases, yes. We work with HubSpot (which we provide free as part of your setup), Salesforce, Pipedrive, and many others. We can also integrate with industry-specific tools like Tradify, Jobber, Buildertrend, and more.

Core Flow typically takes 7-10 days from kick-off to launch. Pro Flow takes around 2 weeks. Elite Flow takes 3-4 weeks given the bespoke nature of the work.

Pro and Elite tiers also include monthly performance reports and quarterly strategy calls.
Small tweaks (email wording, timing adjustments, etc.) are included in your monthly fee — just send us a message.
Larger changes (new automations, additional integrations) are quoted separately, with discounted rates for existing clients.
Our systems include built-in safeguards and we monitor everything actively. If something does break, we fix it fast — usually within hours.
We also build extensive testing into the launch process to catch any issues before your real clients ever see them.
